Illustration – If its not exciting – make it interesting.

I have been making bike drawings (Illusrtrations) for as long as I can remember and these are perhaps the most static, at least the most static that in some way or another actually resemble a bicycle. The article that I am doing these for is fairly technical in nature, and the author was pretty sure he wanted the drawing to reflect that. I wanted 3D, he wanted flat—flat it is. Let me know what you think, the article will be the next issue of Momentum Magazine. Inspired by some illustrations a few months ago in Good Magazine.

You can use the tune from the Pursuit of Happiness song “I’m an Adult Now”… Ian sings “I’m a designer now”. And I’m sure more than five people read your blog… it’s gotta be at least a dozen.
